Midnight Dreams - 3

We follow the seductive siren of riches
Of larger lives, baked huts and white knights
The race is real and defeat unacceptable
Only a madman swims against the tide;
But I am one,
When the shore is barren, we strive on
To the beat of the waves crashing
And to the cacophony of life
The pied piper played and I,
Followed...

It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.
