The Republic

Despotism
Monarchy
Communism
Socialism
Democracy
Anarchy

The ideal form of democracy does not seem to be the final solution. Despotism and monarchy are looked upon as archaic, communism: a failed experiment, socialism does not seem to serve France too well, and as for democracy, in the US money controls everything (look no further than the great W) while Indian democracy is just plain debauched.

Perhaps it comes down to the person wielding power in any kind of government. There may be various kinds of souls that rule over a state, that are often lovers of power, money, fame, and popularity. Perhaps that is what went wrong with the USSR, maybe the system was actually good but the ideals could not survive the western propaganda (no mention of Stalin?).

The search for a government without the drawbacks of individuals continues...
